The students of Fire and Ice

The Snow and Ice workshop was a hard and intense week for 19 foreign students of the University of Industrial Arts, Helsinki. They made a fantastic performance with the lead of sculptor Lauri Astala and Professor Markku Hakuri.

Only two hours before presentation everything was ready...

Afterwards local peoples have noticed, that the can use this shelter against the wind. You can make a walk on ice, and warm some saussage on the fire...
